Privacy

Creator Co is a talent management company. This page explains what we collect when you apply or use the platform, why we hold it, and how to get it back or get it deleted. It is written in plain English on purpose.

What we collect

When you submit an application, you give us:

• Your name and email address
• Your phone number, if you choose to provide one
• Where your audience lives, your handle, and roughly how large it is
• Whether you have sold merchandise before, and any brand name or store URL
• Whatever you write in the free-text answers
• How you heard about us, and the campaign parameters on the link you arrived through

If you sign in, we hold your email address and a session cookie. If you book a call, we hold the time you chose. If you become a signed creator, we hold the sales and earnings records the platform exists to show you.

We do not collect payment card details, we do not run advertising or tracking pixels on this site, and we do not buy data about you from anyone.

Why we hold it

To decide whether to work with you, to contact you about it, and — if we do work together — to run the business and show you what it earned. That is the whole list. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone outside the processors below.

Text messages

We only text you if you tick the box asking us to. Consent is not a condition of applying or of anything else. Message frequency varies and is low — this is a conversation about your application, not a marketing list. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop them, or HELP for help.

Who processes it

We use a small number of services, each of which sees only what it needs:

• Vercel — hosting and server logs
• Supabase — the database, sign-in, and file storage (United States)
• Resend — sending the emails we send you
• Google Calendar — only if you book a call, and only to create that event

How long we keep it

Applications are kept while we are considering them and for a reasonable period after, so that we can tell whether someone has applied before. If you become a creator, financial records are kept for as long as we are required to keep them. Ask us to delete anything else and we will.

Your say over it

Email us and we will send you a copy of everything we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, or delete it. We will not make you explain why. If you are in a place with specific data rights — the UK, the EU, California — you have those rights and we will honour them regardless of where you are.
